Auchi Polytechnic Begins 2025/2026 Post-UTME Screening for ND Admission

Auchi Polytechnic, one of Nigeria’s leading institutions for technical and vocational education, has officially commenced the Post-UTME screening exercise for admission into its National Diploma (ND) programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session.

The Office of the Registrar made this announcement in a release dated July 14, 2025, inviting all candidates who participated in the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and selected Auchi Polytechnic as their first and second choice institution to apply for the Post-UTME screening.

Application Conditions

To be eligible for the screening exercise, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Candidates must have scored a minimum of 100 in the 2025 UTME.
• Candidates must possess at least five (5) credit passes at one sitting or six (6) credit passes at two sittings. These must include English Language and Mathematics in SSCE, NECO, GCE, or NABTEB.
• A non-refundable screening fee of ₦3,000 (three thousand naira) must be paid by all applicants.
• Candidates are required to apply online only via the Polytechnic’s website: www.auchipoly.edu.ng/apply-now

Application Process

1. Visit the Auchi Polytechnic application portal:
   www.auchipoly.edu.ng/apply-now
2. Click on Admissions 2025/2026 to begin the application.
3. Fill in your details correctly. Use your UTME registration number as your username and preferably your phone number as your password.

⚠️ Important Warning:
Applicants are strongly advised not to use a cybercafé phone number or email address during registration. Doing so may prevent the school from reaching out when necessary, and the Polytechnic will not be responsible for any candidate’s inability to receive important information.

4. Generate a REMITA Retrieval Reference (RRR) from the portal to pay the screening fee at any commercial bank or via online payment.
5. Return to the Polytechnic’s website to complete the online application.
   Ensure that you upload all relevant credentials as required and complete the online eligibility clearance form if requested.

Note for Second Choice Candidates

Candidates who selected Auchi Polytechnic as their second choice are advised to proceed to any JAMB CBT centre to change Auchi Polytechnic to their first choice in order to be considered for admission.
