Has any of your relationships failed? Are you going through emotional trauma from heartbreak in a relationship? to help you put the past behind you and move on, we made a list of 5 stages of breakup. Check out which stages you belong presently as listed below.
5 Stages of Breakups:
FIRST STAGE
1. After breakups, there is a first stage when many of us are sad and cry for days, weeks or maximum a month. We don’t like to chit chat with anyone, we don’t like to be social, we are fuly depressed thinking about the love who has left.
SECOND STAGE
2. After crying a lot, there is a second stage where you finally want to find peace and now there are no more tears because you try to make yourself busy in your work, be social again, hangout and finally being little happy and normal in a month or two.
THIRD STAGE
3. The third stage is now you want to step out and you think you need someone after sometime. And you open your doors for dating again. And, you finally try to date someone and now you are happy.
FOURTH STAGE
4. The fourth stage is while you are happy now, you bump into your ex again by any means in a cafe or restaurant, or a social hangout place or social media. And you see them dating someone else. And this stops you again. You become jealous, you start to overthink about them and you start crying again and you feel the loneliest. You get back to the first stage again.
FIFTH STAGE
5. The final stage is very difficult that many of us don’t take. The “Self- love” Stage. When you start loving yourself, forgetting what has happened in the past, what that person must be doing in their life and just focus on what you want to do, how you want to grow, how you want to be happiest and make a dozen plans only for you. You will overcome it. This is the stage which unfortunately we don’t do. If we do, then nothing in the world can stop us from getting past a difficult period in our lives.
